As the Editor-in-Chief of ONIX Magazine, Ashley is a North Carolina native by way of Windsor, NC that leads with a robust background in media and communications operating in both media and marketing. He currently holds an undergraduate Bachelor's education in Communications and Media Studies and have been actively working in the industry as a journalist and content producer since August 2012. His experience spans multiple media and news outlets, including, but not limited to, The Bertie Ledger Advance of Windsor, NC, and The Greenville Magazine of Greenville, NC. Previously, Ashley honed the editorial leadership as a Managing Editor for the luxury fashion and media source Yarah Magazine. Beyond his editorial role, he is also a self-published author, poet, and creative writer. With a strong passion and talent for content production, Mr. Slade continues to develop new personal and professional projects for current and future release including projects in connection with ONIX Magazine.
